Enum cudnnConvolutionBwdFilterPreference

NoWorkspace	In this configuration, the routine cudnnGetConvolutionBackwardFilterAlgorithm() is guaranteed to return an algorithm that does not require any extra workspace to be provided by the user.
PreferFastest	In this configuration, the routine cudnnGetConvolutionBackwardFilterAlgorithm() will return the fastest algorithm regardless how much workspace is needed to execute it.
SpecifyWorkspaceLimit	In this configuration, the routine cudnnGetConvolutionBackwardFilterAlgorithm() will return the fastest algorithm that fits within the memory limit that the user provided.
